I had a heart attack about a year ago. I awoke in the middle of the night and it felt like I had a cramp that went all the way through my body from my chest to my back.
I went to the hospital, had an immediate heart catheterization, and one stent inserted. I felt completely better immediately. Spent one day in intensive care, one day in cardiac care, then was released.
I went home and fed my cows and went to my part-time, off-the-farm job.
I take three medications daily, but I'm as good as can be expected for a 70 year old man.
