I live not far from where they tried to seize the land in Nebraska. I don't know anyone that wants the pipeline here. Somewhere else, maybe. They should go around any sensitive areas that can be avoided, like shallow aquifers, etc. "It almost never leaks" isn't good enough, and the toxic chemicals they have to mix with the stuff could EASILY get in our water. Might be safer than trains, but they could wait until the safer method is in place to ship the stuff in the first place.
