Not only did external_link ignore bankruptcy law, but he GAVE a majority of the new GM to the UAW!!! Basically stole the company from the secured creditors and handed it over to the union, without blinking an eye. That is why I will never again buy a car touched by a UAW worker. I now drive Honda and Nissan, both made in North America but by non-union labor.
