We have been buying from this man fur several years now. We go to the sugar shack he process it in and have never found anything out of place. Some of his neighbors that sell surp cut it with water or don't cook it down as this man does. I agree the Amish can be difficult to deal with. What I have witness is, their stuff is gold and your stuff is junk, their is a lot of people that like to capitalize on the Amish name making people believe they get quality. Human nature runs in every order of folks. Meaning the dollar takes presence over honesty.
