I've had a couple buyers come for items, for example an item I'm selling for $75. They hand me $80. I say one minute and I'll get your change and they say forget it. I say fair is fair I'll get your change but they say that's alright and drive off. Kinda makes up for the guy that shows up for the $75 item then say's how about $70. Nope this is worth more than $75 and it's only been on CL for 1/2 day. They say ok then pick through their pockets and say I only have $73.47. Yes, I take their last penny. But frankly I figure it's a ploy and they probably have a sack of $100s in the glove box. Told one old guy I only took cash on the phone. He got through loading and turns to his wife and says write the guy a check. Geesh, well they looked honest and it wasn't a large sum. I didn't say anything but I did take their plate number down. It was good.
