CaseIH and New Holland dealers seem to be getting like that,
doesn't help that some of heir staff don't know a thing about
ag parts (having said that I've watched them order parts
brought their dealer system, and it seems to need a degree in
lateral thinking to get through their system... Anyway if you
want a good agco parts department, try Shoal Lake Far,
Equipment, 204-759 two five27, and ask for Lois, I'm sure they
will purolator/bus stuff to you, they sent parts to a mate of mine
in New Zealand with no fuss...
I am sure they will, and i won't use my current screw up dealer again after this is settled.
For the moment i have no option but to wait it out as i have $2000 in unwanted parts sitting in my shop that was charged to my CC and needs refunded.
I have dealt stateside plenty, the problem is with the border brokers who charge stupendous clearing fee's the last couple years, sometimes nearing 100% of the value and then one has to fight to get it back.
