Just for giggles, as the seller to remove the grille. Then check the front casting in the groove where the grille sits for any brazing, JBWeld, epoxy, etc. Many a Cun has frozen and busted that casting below the radiator, and while a welded casting may not leak a drop, it will show you the tractor isn't as "mint" as the seller may be claiming.
Also, see how far back the PTO lever has to go for good engagement. There's a long shaft that goes from the clutch to the collar that shifts the PTO into gear, and when the splines on that shaft are shot, the tractor has to be split and the entire shaft has to be replaced.
