So, I have to get this new H home, and now I have purpose, because I broke a spindle on my H discing yesterday!!!! WOW! Kind of funny to hear a snap, then disc over you right front tire..... :
Anyway, I have that Charlyn Power Steering system off of the M, and I was wondering if it would fit onto the H? I am going to put the WFE on it, and thought it would be pretty trick if it had power steering!
The biggest problem I see at this point, is the steering shaft itself. Are they the same between H's and M's? Clearly it would have to be shortened up, and I do have a spare H one, maybe two now, so could I just cut on of those?
Just looking for ideas... Like said, other than that shaft, what all would be different? Pump should bolt onto the Gov fine, pully on the engine, that's it?! Right?
