I don't cut the lawn like most do so there's always some there its about 4 inches now . Started mowing last week the mower has a bagger on it and i feed that to baby calves the old dry grass makes nice bedding and the green grass gets them eating sort of green chopping .bigger calves are on stock piled grass only had one month off of grazing this year.
