I run same planter and put on preplant ammonia in spring . If dry weather, I run over it with a 4 section harrow crossways, especially if I overhauled cattle manure. I'm using the factory counters for corn and beans. what kind of row cleaners are you using and are they frame mounted or row unit mounted? I put on dry fertilizer with planter. Don't harrow if damp weather as you will roll up bean stubble and make a mess. Have done this for years ,never had a problem. Good luck and have fun .
