Crops are getting in around here, some of the big guys are done with corn, others a ways to go. Dad and I got the oats in yesterday and hopefully today will be done working ground to plant corn. Rain tonight,tommorow and Monday forecasted which is OK with me, its getting a bit dry. the oats will need rain to bring them out of the ground after working it. And, the rain will help settle the ground im planting corn into, giving me a light crust to plant in. That works best on the few clay knobs I have in this field.
