I went to vo-tech half a day my junior and senior years of high school for masonry. At 16 I was making $11/ hour when minimum wage was $5.25. And had a choice of employment right out of highschool. Learn the business and you can run any company. I had no student loans and 4 years work experience while others were just graduating.
We need both types of people. But not going to college does not ensure your failure by any means. Bottom line is you need to be willing to work and do whatever needs done at anything you do.
