The small numbers of very serious hunters left in my area
all go to the 'Southern Tier' to hunt.
(I'm guilty of that too)
The extra 'permits' being given aren't going to do it.
They need to let us country dwellers take care of the problem for a few years.......

possible solution,
Require that a doe be taken before your buck tag is valid.
Lots of rack chasing hunters and older hunters that have been ingrained with the 'no does' mindset. We have to figure out a way to make them take does.
