I want to think total oil capacity of the original lift all system is about 6 quarts so you may be running out of oil and have air in the lines. With air in the lines the lift could be erratic acting but still go what you think is full height. Air in the lines will compress differently than oil so may not lift as much. Do you have one line or two going to each cylinder? Original IH loader for that tractor had two lines going to each cylinder and used the back side of the cylinders for more oil storage. A few pictures would help us see what you are working with so please post 4 or 5 pictures. Also the diameter of your cylinders would be nice to know. Armand
