George, as you well know, its hard to best the Feds, especially if it concerns the EPA who the current administration backs. Arizona tried to defy the feds a while back (different issue) and they were sued remember. HOWEVER if another state and city, say San Fransisco, defies the Feds and their laws by becoming a Sanctuary City, wellllllllllll in that situation if the administration agrees its okay to defy them for political reasons, California is NOT sued hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Im NOT defending one side or the other or arguing one way or the other (like or dislike EPA all you want, go argue or agree with them not me), only pointing out its hard to beat the feds and whether or not they take up for or sue the state depends on the administrations politics WELL DUH lol
