Put up your basic building and add the bells and whistles as you go. Cement floor, wiring ,windows, insulation, fancy doors, and such. You can usually figure at least double the cost of materials to have someone else build it. I've built three smaller ones myself and I am by no means a skilled builder. I was looking at the kits the other day and was rather surprised at the, what I thought, was the low cost for a basic building.
