I bought a TV online last year. Had it shipped to work, secretary signed for it without even looking.
It was shipped in the factory box, the type box it would go on the store shelf in, not near enough for shipping. Sure enough, it was broken. Looked like it was on the bottom of the truck, got crushed. I called the place I ordered it, got a couple days runaround, then they wanted me to take pictures. About a week later they sent me a return order with prepaid shipping, sent it back. Another 2 weeks go by, can't get any commitment from them. Finally got a refund issued to my debit card.
