When our old northside Big R ( old,local family owned; had pretty much ANYthing that you could want or need ) closed 15 or 20 years ago another Big R franchisee opened one on the south side of town (closer to Telluride, if you catch my drift) and carried very little in the way of 'real' ag stuff but used nearly half the store for 'western' wear ( very high dollar, but the Tell-u-toads buy it :shock: ). The old store closing was one of the worst days that I can remember and it hasn't gotten any better in this town since. SO, when a new TSC opened about 15 miles away in Delta it was a real blessing for me - I really don't mind the drive to the next town because they have some stuff that we don't and the area is fun to explore on the way back. Compared to our present Big R TSC RULES!
