You should be able to pinpoint the miss by checking for codes. A misfire of any significance or repetition will set a code for sure. The ticking in the radio would indicate a secondary arcing over. since these are coil on plug systems, it may take a bit of ingenuity to find the problem. As a side note, you should NEVER clean the throttle body on a Ford product since about 1990. They have a special treatment on the edge of the throttle plate that is meant to seal the outside diameter of the throttle plate to the throttle body. They use a calibrated orifice in the center portion of the plate for idle minimum airflow. In many cases, cleaning the throttle body renders it unusable.
