Gas price jumps are mostly in Midwest/Lake Michigan market due to the Indiana refinery problems reducing supplies. Diesel has remained steady around Madison, Wisconsin and is currently 20 to 25 cents cheaper than regular gasoline. I have to pay $3.49/gallon(yesterdays prices) for the non ethanol premium needed for chainsaws and my old motorcycles. when the refinery gets back to full production, figure at least 3 more days of high prices until the lower wholesale gasoline gets to station tanks.
