David I do not know what your going to use these hydraulics for on this MH 44. The couplers you used when mounted like you have them will not break away if the hose is pulled on so it will tear the pipes, valve mount or something else will break. If you think you will need the break away feature you just will need to use a mounting clamp like in the picture and flexible hose with a loop in it so the coupler cam move enough for the bracket to release the male hose end if the hose is pulled on hard.
This is why you see a lot of Oliver tractors with the SCV hoses looped around the rear axle. Then a bracket like the one in the picture holding the coupler.
