Have a rat in the barn. It won't touch the rat bait. I used TomCat and Jaguar. He won't touch either. I even threw the chunks in his hole. He just kicks them out. I tried Golden Marlin and soda, Golden Marlin and beer, and even Golden Marlin and peanut butter. Won't touch the stuff and if I put it in his hole, he will seal the hole up and make a new one. I tried live trapping him with peanut butter and with corn. I tried the oversized snap traps with corn next to his run. NO LUCK!!! I even gassed his holes. He is making holes under my concrete pads in the barn. I would seal up all but one hole under the pad and throw one of those gas bombs that look like a miniature stick of dynamite. Still no luck!!!!!
What are your suggestions other than naming him and keeping him as a pet? I am about to spray gasoline under the slabs and blowing them up (not really but getting tempting since his digging is ruining the base).
