My Nephew has found a tractor in Quebec. He has applied for Passport and is going from VA to Quebec to get tractor. I am sure others have transported across border. What will he expect when He returns to US? Is there tarriffs that will have to be paid? On line it said that if his truck pulling the trailer has extra Fueltank He will have to pay tax on extra fuel He carries. Thanks for any input you may have.
