When I was looking for a tractor last year, they said they were pretty much bullet proof after the update. And this place might have parts. http://www.triplertractors.com/tractors-restored.html A few in the area with 10k plus hours and nothing ever touched.
I did not find a good one of these around, any tractors for ranch duty are rare here, most seem to be buying new, practically none on lots or in ads, except for either brand new or ones costing $80k+ (with hours that aren't ridiculous). Either that or occasionally something old, high hours, leaking all over the place, needing either split, trans. or engine work, for like $20k. When I saw an IH 1086 with 9000 hours sitting around for about $15k and that was about the only option, I knew I'd be in for a long search.
5088 I did see with "unknown" hours was about $17k or so I think and it didn't look great. 8 to 9k hours but was sold, they were asking $20k, looked in ok shape and they said they had oil tests. Within 300 miles, saw one with about 7k hours somewhere over $20k last year. I'd just look at tractorhouse for a rough idea.

The colony remained far from self-supporting and it was not until the early 1800's that things started to improve. Free settlers started to arrive, they followed the explorers across the mountains and where land was suitable set up farms. T
