We haven't been quite as hard after it this year. First crop was done a little after the 4th of july, but we were done making small squares on the 4th. Had the last made into big squares, and about 7-10 acres gave us 48 9' bales if I remember right.
Second crop we had a 3 day weekend that I could help so we chopped it all and put it in a bag. Third crop is all cut now, and the forecast changed after I started knocking it down. I raked the first 2 fields I cut today, tomorrow I'll start raking the other 3. Single for now and hopefully if it ever dries I'll pull it double so we have some real windrows. Not sure how it's gonna pile up yet. Hoping we can atleast get 7 loads, but I'm not sure if we even have enough mow space. Might have to bring some to the hay auction on Thursday...
