At least the bill is paid and you do not have to come up with money that you cannot do, it is easier to let them take a bit more than needed if everything is calculated correctly than to come up with possibly a few thousands if not figured correct. Even if you do not ever get it back it is still easier on you than trying to find money to borrow at time it has to be paid and no one will loan you the money. To many years when only income was farming had to struggle with that. After wife started working and taxes were with held that stress was over. Just think about that money if you do not get it back the same way as if your car is destroyed and you loose everything you have in it and have to go out and buy a different one with no money to do that. If you try that perhaps you will feel better. But if you are one of the few that has plenty of money you do not know what to do fith it then you will not understand but if you are one living just day to day then you should understand that having it totally paid when it is due is better than having to pay and cannot and being threatened with jail if you don't get it paid.
