I was out in one of my deer plots yesterday looking at how heavily they are being browsed by the deer. I seeded it with a mix of clovers and turnip. There are a lot of these turnips in there. So I picked a few and am going to add a couple of them to the stew I'm making for dinner. If they are good I think I will pick a bag full and wax them to preserve them for winter.
