The way I read the story one guy went on another guys property thinking he was a bad hombre and then found out he had bitten off more than he could chew and got the worst end of the fight. Instead of learning his lesson and going on home he turned around and cried wolf to the Sheriffs department who then overreacted as all police organizations seem prone to do these days and now there is a Deputy severely wounded and a citizen dead while the person who started it all has a band aid on his boo-boo.
