In all seriousness, most everything new is expensive when you and your wife are on social security disability and simply can't afford the money it takes to outright buy one complete axle assembly not to mention 2 of them plus rims and tires.
We get one check per month and we have to provide for our household for the entire month on that and so aside from other reasons which we provided as to why we only want help with finding parts for the current axles we have, we can only afford to buy a few parts at a time and therefor is also why it will only work for us to buy the parts than to buy 2 new axles. ..We can have both of these axles on our trailer and use it even without the brakes installed. We already hauled a Ford 9n on it and also hauled 6 20foot long telephone poles and our truck had no problem with braking. However we would feel more safer if we had the electric brakes installed and can do so one trailer axle at a time whereby cutting the costs per month by only buying the parts needed for one axle at a time.
