Couple of years ago I bought some small stuff at an online auction and went to pick it up at the location: a BIG industrial building in an area of Detroit that seen better days (meaning BAD area now). This would not have been a bad price anywhere than where it was located. He said that they were going to strip the cranes and they were headed for South America. Buyer had already sold them and stood to make a 6 figure profit. Then, he'd just walk away from the building.
