Hi Agco lost a lot of guys in this area when they stopped importing Valtra tractors to North America, and told us we had to buy Massey. quite a few of us basically said if we wanted a Massey we would of bought the pile of junk when we got the valtra. What they forgot was there are other makes of tractor. I see lots of new tractors in old Valtra yards, and they ain't Massey bright red L.O.L. i still run mine and will continue, I will just find another nice used one somewhere to replace it if needed to, there are other places to get parts when they pull that stunt to here as well.
Don't get me started on parts prices, I got a quicke 960 loader with grapple, the tines with an agco part are about $130 ea. i can buy the same tine through CaseIH with 3 different letters in the part no, but made by the same company for about $75 ea. Funny how that's working out to, I wish I'd of found that out, before i replaced 18 frozen manure damaged tines over the last 2 winter seasons cleaning out my hog barns!. Regards Robert
