I would say haft the GOOD folks I work for were dissatisfied with the work from the shop they left. I did nuttin special other than listen to there complaint and FIX there issue.
I rarely fall into the trap of badgering another shop it gains me noting.... Trust can not be brought when its lost its gone forever...
I get a customer that I can not satisfy every now and again I don't make up a excuse for this I move own they move on. Every now and again they show back up we play by my rules are they can take a hike some folks I just don't need in my life...
Don't get me started on doctors they don't do me any favors they get paid well for what they do... :evil: I spec you did not ask for something free your complaint was not resolved you got a excuse that satisfied them...
