Very good advice. Vitamin C does help keep the immune system healthy. I need to stock up on a few item before this happens again.
It's funny. I worked as a janitor at our local state university for nearly thirty years, and cleaned up every liquid the human body could excrete. Most of us older janitors very seldom got sick.
