Ok so I now have the centers switch around and instead of welding them in I used carriage bolts. 16-5/16 bolts should be more then strong enough to hold the centers in plus give the guy an option in the future if he want to change the rim out with something else. The first picture is of the Truck tire bead breaker tool I have. 2nd picture is of the rim that is ready to have the tire put on. 3rd picture is the broken AA rim that broke when I tried to break the bad on it. 4th picture is the center out of the good rim.
