Hate to say this, but get what you want out of the house and doze it or burn it.
Renting out rural property is an uphill piece of business.
Too many horror stories.
Glad you got your plow back, most of that stuff is never seen again.
I just spent $3,000 to put sucker rod fencing around my shop entrance so I could lock things up tighter, and I have a 4 camera security system in my shop.
And that is with a real good neighbor living right next door to my farmstead.
Haven't had a lot of problems, but any problem is too much.
