If you are sure they are bushings, they will push out. If you torched on them and they cut, they are steel and may be a part of the frame. Many loaders have no real bushings. If they are welded in, drilling may be impossible at this point as the heat hardened zone from cutting can ruin drills. Cutting them all the way out, and fabricating a new pivot may be the next step. Build it for 1.250" hardened pins with bronz bushings and grease fittings. Jim.
