Stan, you may be a quart low!!! Did you try rubbing castor oil all over your shoulder, back and arm? Try it. Relief isn't instant, but it's long lasting. I get a 6 oz of oil from Wal-mart. It's the cheapest and smell less than other brands. I've been using it for past 3 months and surprised how much good it does on my neck and arms. I apply it after shower, leave it on.
As for me, I gave up on 2 cycles years ago, could never start them. I purchased a husquvarna 4 cycle weedwacker. I don't use leaf blowers, but if I did, I would have to drag an extension cord before buying a 2 cycle. Geo
