I bought a second farm in 2010. The older fella I bought the farm was unable to get a auction sale together before close date. So he asked if he could hold the sale a few days after I owned the farm . He was going to keep on living there for 3 months ,till his new home was ready, and we didn't need the house. I agreed , he had his sale . And after the sale was over he cleaned up any mess that was left behind from the sale. It had been his home for over 30 years , and still had strong feelings of respect for the land he lived on . Funny thing about that fella, even though he didn't move too far away, he has never been back to visit with me. I know he goes by, because he tells his old buddies about how things are looking on his old place, and they in turn tell me.
