I buy a few dead tractors a year. Have to winch them on the trailer. Just about every one is worst then what owner says is wrong with it. My best buy was a Ford 881 that I bought for parts. Bought it on the phone, went about 175 miles to pick it. He had it covered with a tarp, when he took that tarp off, I said to myself, that thing was to nice to part out. The rear engine main seal was leaking bad. I drove it on the trailer. Had power-steering, superior loader and nice set of pie-weights. Replaced the rear seal and the torque clutch on the S.O.S. and adjusted the bands. I really liked that tractor.
