There is evil in the world, it shows from time to time from the personal level to the global level. I am sorry you have had to deal with it in this way. Some think that cats are not "guy" pets, but I love them. It nearly killed me when I had to shoot my cat a year or so ago, he had a large tumor on his neck that they couldn't remove because it had grown into vital parts of his neck and other parts of his body had signs of tumors too. We spent more than we should have to try and help him, but it didn't. He couldn't eat. I hope your cat heals. And I hope you can find out for sure who did it. I don't know what I would if in your case and I found out who did it, but I for sure would want to know. For some years we let out cat run at night as he loved to be outside "on patrol" but it seems once or twice a year he would get into some kink of trouble and it would be $200 at the vet. The vet suggested we keep him in at night, and that stopped that kind of trouble. He was neutered too, and keep the mice, moles, chipmunks, and squirels around the house and sheds under control.

After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
