Forgot to mention that the Circus World Museum is in Baraboo. It would be an interesting place to visit while you are in the area. They have shows and a lot of circus wagons etc.. Al Ringling of Ringling Bros, Barnum and Baily started in Baraboo. The Midcontinent Railroad is just a short distance away in North Freedom. There you can take a old steam engine ride through the countryside. So can see that the Baraboo area has plenty of touristy places to make it worth while to plan on staying several days.
