Nothing wrong with those trucks at all. It's demand that drives the price. When most people have to finance something that cost 15/16K and they have decent credit and new bare bone Chevy work truck in 2 wheel drive is about 26K. With a couple of K down that's less than 400 a month in payments. For a used truck at 15-16K the payments can actually be higher so why buy used? Then add in that most people don't want a standard cab and don't want bare bones. They want 4X4, extended cab or 4 door, AC, and a nice sound system. I haven't seen a standard cab pick in a used lot in some time except a couple of GMs and I'm looking for a truck right now too. Just not in a big rush.
