Bought this sand blaster from TSC a few years ago. It worked ok but the syphon hose was very clumsy. The hose was too long and was difficult to keep in the sand bucket. The sand bucket was too heavy to carry around. A few years fast forward and several various attempts to improve on it I came up with this version. The vent tube is a 1/4" copper tubing. It works very well. I use regular play sand. I screen out the larger rocks with a regular window screen. It does a nice job cleaning off paint and rust.
