OK on that. Nothing happens with it just powered up except lights coming on, so I will have to find time to take it out to the farm and hook it up. I'll hook it to a battery and see what happens. That is likely to be 2-3 weeks in the happening now as I am pretty well booked up thru the end of tax season. Much to my surprise, they work on Easter at Ag Express. Just got an email from them. They think the monitor MIGHT be OK. No one seems to be 100% sure how it should react to just being powered up with no planter. They gave me a quote on repairs if needed. I guess I will just say that if it is broke, it is going to stay broke. I have a contact out to a big JD dealer in the area to see can they get me a good working unit or at least test this one for a more reasonable price. This stuff adds up in a hurry.
