UPDATE: I took the carb apart and flushed both halves with coleman fuel. I'm amazed at how much fine dirt came out. Put it back together, reinstalled. Also, found the tank drain and shutoff valve, flushed bottom of tank a little, then cranked engine until gas came out the fuel line(just to flush line). It fired rightup. Let it idle a few minutes, turned it off.....NO DRIP! Apparently, problem is fixed. BTW, the fuel pump does not have a settling bowl so must be a aftermarket replacement. So, my question now: Can I add an inline filter without compromising performance?
