They are very common in MO since they are based in Springfield MO. And for the most part you can get about any common part either same day or next day (believe it or not, I ordered a part from them once and had the same day - I guess he caught it just in time to get it on a truck heading this way, but then again it was only an hour from Springfield which is their main warehouse. But you have to watch pricing. I buy a LOT of parts now online, either from Rockauto, or ebay. Recently I bought a set of struts off ebay for about half what Oreilly wanted for the exact same part. Difference was huge, and worth the trouble and wait. Oreilly profits based on convenience, and they have to pay the overhead for all those stores, counter people, and overnight trucks delivering to those stores, thus the higher pricing than you can buy online. On the other hand I had a situation where I needed a starter and could not wait a week, and found one an hour away. Paid about double for the starter vs. online but they had it, and I needed it so I paid their premium.
