You did good Growing up in the 50's we raised about that many acres a year on our farm. We started cutting first cutting Memorial weekend and hoped to be done by the fourth with the first cutting. Later on in the sixties I remember the neighbor getting his JD baler with a thrower. He would bale and my brothers and I would unload and do a 1000 small squares a day. He only had 2 thrower wagons. Later on another neighbor had 16 thrower wagons he would fill. Then spend for ever and a day unloading them. Now his son is a one man show and does the big round bales. Never counted but I've watched him bale allot of hay in a day and have everything stacked in a big hoop barn by nightfall. Times sure have changed.
