How about suspenders? Got a nice pair on Amazon that hook right in the belt loop with a regular snap you can also get loops that go on the belt then snap together. I picked suspenders because the one arm is still in a sling and weak I've also starting to loose weight and you know how hard it is to get your pants up one handed much less keep them there? I'm sure the neighborhood appreciated me getting them I probably should have asked for donations.
