The first house I bought, I found myself on a property with the neighbor owning the property on each side of me. It was the father on one side, and the house on the other was occupied time to time by his grown dysfunctional boys.
I could not stop them from driving through my yard! They did it just for meanness, no reason for it!
Well, I guess I could have stopped them, but it was a battle I chose to decline! The whole bunch was beg-bug crazy!!!
I think all his boys had been to prison, one was brain damaged from being hit in the head fighting in the pen!
The daddy was a big time slum lord around the town, evidently had some pull at city hall. His house was surrounded by junk cars, none running, all for sale for more than they cost new! Had dogs running loose, barking all night, weeds head high... Police did nothing, he was in violation of every city ordnance ever written!
The brain damaged son next door, one time he chased his wife out of the house with a shotgun, had a stand-off with the police on his front porch. They finally talked him into unloading the gun and promise not to shoot at his wife any more!
So, a few tracks through the yard, oh well... At least I managed to get out of there alive!
