What are you doing for the two hours driving time? Is it working or just driving with light load? If it is a light load it could be fuel obstruction, because it does not need much if not under load. I am not familiar with Belarus but this is universal. Try opening fuel line as close to inj. pump as you can and see if it will run a good stream for at least a minute.
